We don't publish flat per-service prices because no two homes — and no two homeowners — are the same. Every Oakden project gets a custom quote in writing. Fixed-bid wherever the scope allows. Time-and-materials only when the scope genuinely demands flexibility — and only with your explicit go-ahead.

Scope
Free site walk for substantive projects. Within ~1 week you get a written quote with line items, timeline, and inclusions/exclusions.

Agreement
One contract. Deposit terms in writing. Milestone draws. No verbal change orders — everything in email.

Warranty
Standard 1-year workmanship warranty on all renovations. New custom builds delivered with Geometric Consulting include Tarion-mandated coverage.

Materials chosen for permanence. Trades we've worked with for years. Permits pulled the right way. Insurance carried in full. Time on-site that matches the work. The result lasts a decade longer than the cheap alternative and is backed by the warranty we put our name on.
If price is your single most important constraint, we're happy to point you to a builder we trust who works that lane. We'd rather refer than under-deliver.
